Uncle Joe

Joe Batticks (Uncle Joe) is the host of the Sunday Evening Musical Ride at Suga 95.7Fm from 6Pm – 10Pm. His love of music started when he was a very young teenager in Jamaica, listening to U Roy on King Tubby‘s Hi Fi. Joe usually DJs at functions for family and friends. He attended high school and college (York) in NYC and is a strong believer in positive thinking and conscious music. He is a lover of live music at concerts. As a former soccer player Joe enjoys watching soccer and football games. He is ex-military – US Air Force. He enjoys swimming and bike riding. Joe loves different genre of music but his favorite is reggae, the drum & bass.
