Pastor Dionne Walters
Dionne Walters is the Pastor at The Liberty Church Impact Ministries, and pastors alongside her husband, Oral Walters. She is a mentor, teacher, life coach, counselor, and an aspiring author. She has her bachelor’s in biblical theology, and Master’s in Christian Counseling.
She is called for such a time as this to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of all those she meets. She is used by God to “set the captives free”, as she ministers by teaching the Word of God, training, and empowering all people. She was commissioned by God and understood her mandate, when she received the Word of the Lord as taken from Isaiah 61:1 which states: “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound…”.
Her mission is to set people free with her God inspired nurturing abilities, as she advances the Kingdom of God. As an ambassador for Jesus Christ, she continues to use her voice and platforms to communicate God’s love to all of mankind. As she stands in Kingdom authority and exercises dominion over cities, territories, and the Nations of the world, the purpose and plan of God is established in the earth, as evidenced by the transformed lives of those she encounters.
