SUMARRASE INC. NON-PROFIT WSGD-LP SUGA 95.7 FM

PRESS RELEASE

“THE # 1 CARRIBEAN STATION IN SOUTHWEST FLORIDA”

WHAT: WSGD-LP SUGA 95.7 FM Pleads: Intermodular Interference from Fort Myers Broadcasters W239 CL 95.7 FM

WHY: SUGA 95.7 FM is the modern station for the nation. The number one Caribbean owned and operated FCC license station that is truly about this diverse nation. The number one in Caribbean, Hip Hop, R & B and the ”Sunday morning Gospel show”. Sumarrase Inc. (non-profit) WSGD-LP SUGA 95.7 FM would like to “Make The Nation Great Once Again” as a Low Power FM station, the staff at SUGA 95.7 FM would like to plead to their heartfelt listeners pertaining to Civil Litigation*(1) filed by SUGA 95.7 FM Legal Team, against, Fort Myers Broadcasters (FMBC)

SUGA 95.7 FM listeners have been lodging complaints against FMBC to the FCC*(2) also the staff at SUGA 95.7 FM about Interference from the FMBC Translators (electronic radio receiver) since 2018, as soon as the station staff received the interference reports from listeners, SUGA 95.7 FM addressed the public’s complaints adamantly to FMBC so a resolution swiftly in this situation seemed applicably, which eventually came of no avail. Many false promises from FMBC (one staff email): Christina Collins correspondence with SUGA 95.7 FM on January 7, 2020 “Good afternoon Mr. Williams (Owner at SUGA 95.7 FM) According to our GM, the company has filed with the FCC to change our frequencies off of the 95.7 in the Golden Gate but it has yet been granted.” actually allowed SUGA 95.7 FM to believe that the resolution would come , the true nature of their deceit came to fruition when the FCC relayed a complaint from FMBC about objections to SUGA 95.7 FM application for the FCC license annual renewal. The FCC did their due diligence and the license at SUGA 95.7 FM was granted.

On eleven different occasions SUGA 95.7 FM Tower located at 10651 Buckingham Rd. Lehigh, Acres, FL. was breached by unauthorized visits from FMBC staff and co-conspirators. Trespassing complaints were lodged with local law enforcement. Timothy White an FMBC employee admitted in a sworn statement, he along with John Dunlin a photographer, for WINK news, a subsidiary of FMBC, without any authorization from SUGA 95.7 FM Owners, management or staff, through false pretense, entered into SUGA 95.7 FM tower site location (tapering with SUGA 95.7 FM equipments) in the secured area only accessible by the owners and technicians from SUGA95.7 FM and Management at the American Tower site location. Michael Dunlin, another FMBC employee under false pretense, breached Tower location with other unnamed co-conspirators.

To deceit the FCC into thinking SUGA 95.7 FM might be violating the rules set by the Commission. This great city will not stand by while a big commercial station tries to take advantage of an LP (low power) station that is operating not for profit since its conception, the community has always been SUGA 95.7 FM number one priority, so lets “Make The Nation Great Once Again” and let’s stand together and stop this injustice.

American Tower Owners alongside Jason Bouwkamp the tower site manager, stand behind the statement.
