Name Michael Brown, born in Kingston, Jamaica, Mikey develop a passion for Radio as child, after school I would do my homework, I play music on my father’s record – changer, I told my siblings one I am going to be on the radio on day, after high school in 1979 we immigrated to Florida, the family settled in Miami, after a few years  of playing at house parties / night clubs, an opportunity presented itself, I auditioned for a radio show @ WKAT 1360 AM took a test and past to receive my FCC dj license, after 2 years at WKAT, the station format changed to 100% Spanish, so I joined  WAVS1170AM January 1989 to present, oh I am also on SUGA 95.7 FM which I host the SUGA morning drive.
